That’s why every SANY unit we sell comes backed by industry-leading coverage designed to protect your investment and minimize downtime. Whether you're running one machine or an entire fleet, our warranty program is clear, reliable, and built around the real-world needs of equipment operators.

Our warranty terms vary by equipment type. Excavators and wheel loaders are covered for 5 years or 5,000 hours, offering long-term peace of mind across your most-used assets. Backhoe loaders include 4 years or 4,000 hours of coverage, while telehandlers, graders, compactors, and skid steers are protected for 3 years or 3,000 hours. All crane models—including mobile, rough-terrain, and telescopic units—are covered under a 3-year, 3,000-hour warranty. For heavy-duty applications like forklifts and container handlers, coverage extends to 3 years or 6,000 hours. Specialized equipment such as drill rigs is supported for 1 year or 2,000 hours.

Every SANY engine is also protected under a two-stage warranty system. During the first 2 years or 2,000 hours, the engine is covered directly by the engine manufacturer—such as Cummins or Deutz. After that, SANY takes over engine coverage for the remainder of the equipment's warranty period, ensuring seamless protection without any coverage gaps.

Your warranty includes major components such as the powertrain, hydraulics, electrical systems, and structural parts of the machine. Coverage also extends to factory-installed attachments, cylinders, and boom assemblies, as long as they fall within the specified warranty period. TechniQuip provides full support through our in-house service team and mobile technicians within a 300-mile radius of our Barrie location.

While our warranty is comprehensive, there are a few things it does not cover. Standard exclusions include wear items like tires, hoses, belts, brake pads, filters, and glass, as well as cosmetic damage such as dents, scratches, or paint fade. Any damage resulting from neglect, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or lack of proper maintenance is also not covered. Aftermarket parts or attachments not installed by TechniQuip or an authorized dealer are excluded from warranty service, along with indirect losses like rental reimbursement or project delays.

One of the best parts of the SANY warranty is its transferability. If you sell your machine within the warranty period, the remaining coverage stays with the unit—so long as proper documentation and maintenance records are provided. That means higher resale value for you and peace of mind for the next owner.
